Non-members may only register to attend as the guest of a member that is also registered. Members are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests.
Advance registrations by mail must be postmarked by November 17, 2012. Online registration will be available until midnight CT, November 24, 2012.
Late registration is not available for this event and no day of event walk-up registrations will be accepted.

Don't let the onset of winter get you down. Instead, join ACE members from across the Heart of America Region for an annual holiday tradition as we gather for Coaster Christmas 2012.
This year's event will be unlike any other, with a special sneak preview of the world's most daring wooden coaster, Outlaw Run, set to open in 2013. Your registration includes admission to the park for two days, ERT on PowderKeg, Wildfire and Fire-in-the-Hole, VIP seating to BOTH the acclaimed Dickens' Christmas Carol show and the park's new production of It's a Wonderful Life, amazing food and much more! Parks from througout the region will also be present to talk about their additions for 2013.
Be sure to stick around afterwards because as the sun goes down, the park comes alive with over four millions lights including the amazing Christmas On Main Street light and sound show where the park's five-story tree becomes the center of attention.

11:30 a.m.: Behind the scenes tour of the Frisco Silver Dollar Line

2:00 p.m.: Special Marvel Cave Tour for ACE members
NOTE: A voucher for Silver Dollar City's famous Christmas dinner with all the trimmings will be provided to all attendees. In addition, attendees will also receive a free return ticket for next Spring's grand opening of Outlaw Run, April 12-14, with accompanying Heart of America event on April 13. Attendees unable to attend the spring event can use their ticket for park admission up until May 31, 2013.
A special room rate is available at the Branson Towers Hotel at a rate of $59.99 for double occupancy. The hotel features an indoor pool, hot tub, queen beds and a hot breakfast! For reservations please call (417) 336-4500 and mention the group name ACE or contact ID AD0178. Rooms must be booked by 11/16/2012 to guarantee availability. Credit card required for reservation, but will not be charged. Cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to check in. A special social event to be planned for the evening before!

Inclement weather, equipment problems or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the above schedule. The park will do its best to provide ride times and rides as listed however, this event is a cold weather event. Each ride has a specific operating temperature that must be reached in order to operate. CANCELLATION POLICY: Refunds, less a $10 cancellation fee, will be offered until November 17, 2012. Please notify notify regional representative Jeff Mast if you wish to cancel. ACE cannot prorate fees for partial attendance of events.
