American Coaster Enthusiasts Heart of America Region

Welcome to the Heart of America Region for the American Coaster Enthusiasts (ACE), an organization with over 8,000 members worldwide. ACE is the world's largest club for roller coaster and ride enthusiasts and is dedicated to the preservation and celebration of coasters around the world. The Heart of America Region consists of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and southern Illinois. Here, members can learn about upcoming events and keep up-to-date with the latest happenings at parks throughout the region.

Spring 2009 Issue

The latest issue of Airtime was mailed to members in late April. The latest issue features a preview of Prowler at Worlds of Fun, a look back as Timber Wolf celebrates 20 years of thrills, an update on the construction over at the new Schlitterbahn Vacation Village water park and more.

Prowler opens at Worlds of Fun

A beast of a coaster is now open at Worlds of Fun. Built by Great Coasters International, Prowler features an 85-foot drop, over 3,000 feet of track and a layout that takes riders through the dense forests of the park's Africa section. Prowler is sure to be the hit of Coaster Con XXXII.
